Her Story

Twenty Years of Leadership. Now in Your Corner.

When Rachel stepped into corporate leadership for the first time, she navigated a competitive and isolating environment with little guidance. Those experiences shaped her mission: to be the trusted support she once needed, a partner in growth, clarity and resilience.

With over 20 years of executive leadership experience across financial services, insurance, property, governance and entrepreneurship, including nine years as Managing Director, Rachel brings real-world, board-level insight into every coaching relationship.

She has served on numerous boards and committees including Executive Committees, Audit and Risk Committees, Governance Committees, Pension Fund Boards and SETA governance structures. This lived experience means her clients work with a coach who doesn't just understand leadership theory, she has navigated its realities.

Rachel's passion is helping leaders develop greater self-awareness, resilience, confidence and leadership effectiveness while navigating the complexities of today's business environment.

She is a member of both COMENSA and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
